We understand that once you've found that perfect item and clicked 'buy now', the waiting game begins. That's why we've streamlined our processes to ensure your orders are on their way to you as quickly as possible. In fact, 95% of our orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, and we operate on Pacific Standard Time. Here's a tip: if you place your order by 2pm Pacific Standard Time, it will be shipped the same day. That's our commitment to you.

• Shipping items to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require a bit more time, and the duration can vary depending on the item or shipment. What carrier will be delivering your order?

We've partnered with trusted carriers FedEx, UPS, and OnTrac to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently via ground shipping. At this time, we're focusing on providing reliable standard shipping and do not offer expedited options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan your purchases accordingly.

Where Can We Deliver Your Order?

We're pleased to offer shipping across the U.S., reaching out to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. However, please note that we currently do not extend our shipping services to APO/FPO addresses or international locations.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

We're committed to prompt service. For all orders placed before our cut-off time, we promise to dispatch your items on the very same day. If an unexpected situation arises and we're unable to ship your order as planned, we'll keep you in the loop. If your order is placed after the local cut-off time, don't worry - your items will be on their way to you on the next business day.

What Does Shipping Cost?

We're excited to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $30 destined for the Continental USA. For orders under $30, a nominal fee of $5.65 will be applied. To stay informed about any changes to our shipping rates in the future, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter.

Understanding California Tax Rules

California's tax system is a blend of origin and destination sourcing rules. While state, county, and city taxes are based on the origin of the purchase (that's us, the seller), district taxes are calculated based on the destination (you, the buyer).

Rest assured, we've taken care of all the necessary tax registration details. Taxes will be applied according to either destination rules or hybrid origin rules, with the default setting being Destination. When you're ready to place your order, the precise tax rate will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

Orders Shipped Outside California

Good news! If your order is being shipped outside of California, USA, you won't be charged any sales tax.
