Our Product Returns (Both Used and Unused Items)

All our products come with a LIFETIME 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any product purchased from us is protected from the date of purchase for the product's lifetime. We understand that issues can occur, and we want to reassure you that we'll take the necessary steps to replace the product or issue a full refund--whichever makes the most sense to you.

Product Issues

Just get in touch with our friendly customer service team, and we'll set things right. Product issues must be reported within one year from the date of purchase. Issues reported after the one-year period will be given store credit. All orders using store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone. Products over a year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a packing error.

Mistakenly Ordered Products and Missing Packages

All items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please verify your product model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders, missing packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of a packing error.

Do We Provide a Return Label?

If our returns department requires an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label may be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.

Refund Timeline

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-10 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. All approved refunds will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
